Those who wait on the Lord… (Isaiah 40:28-31) I felt compelled to write to you and remind you of the rudiments of our faith as we plough through the challenge at hand. Every day, the enemy is shooting arrows and fiery darts in hopes that some will pass the barrier of your shield of faith. The greatest of these arrows carry with it the spirit of fear, which may present itself as a genuine concern, a care for tomorrow or for your family. As we maneuver the minefields of spiritual
It’s my prayer that you are as excited and hopeful about 2023 as I am. 2022 was a busy year; God was closing some doors and opening others in many peoples’ lives, hence the myriad of ups and downs. As I look into the future and behold what the Lord has in store for you, I am filled with joy for there hasn’t been a time where the light of God has shone as bright as it will shine in your life here shortly. As history has shown, the things
Pastor Charles and Lizzy from Divine Missions Ministries (DMM) have cultivated not a congregation, but a family that is intent on perusing genuine relationships with the Father through Jesus, and every day learning how to better follow the Holy Spirit. Pastor Charles is one of the most genuine people I know. Once you meet him you will first be drawn in by is his prophetic gift he has allowed to grow through his obedience and faithfulness to follow the Holy Spirit, but what drew me in and has kept Charles and DMM in my life for many years is his blatant pursuit of the things of God and his desire to live out Leviticus 11:44 “For I am the Lord your God.

After an accident in which my car was totaled (10-28-18), I struggled to transfer between two city buses and the train to get to and from church for almost 11 months. Much to my surprise on a Sunday morning just before our service began, Pastors Charles and Lizzy Kitenge took me outside and showed me a 2014 Chrysler 300. They explained that the Lord instructed them to donate their car me. I was totally shocked and blessed to see their sacrificial obedience unto the Lord! The Lord also gave me the privilege and the honor of transporting them to and from our church almost every Sunday for over a year until He blessed them with a brand new car! Pastors Charles and Lizzy Kitenge are the real deal and they lead by example!

I can certainly see why you head to Charlotte on Sunday mornings for worship. My gracious, it was as close to heaven as anywhere I’ve been in a long time. The humble spirit of your pastor and the gentleness and purity of the worship was “spirit filling” to me. Thank you for sharing about this treasure from heaven.
Planning on seeing you on Tuesday!
Abundant blessings from Jesus!

Through Divine Mission Ministries I have learned to know God for myself, not just know about God. That I go to God first and to His Word first, before I go to anyone else. I have a true and growing relationship with God now. The Ministry also encourages us to pursue God more. There is always more of God to know. Another major stand out for me is the Ministry as well as Charles and Lizzy’s personal lives are led by the Holy Spirit. If the Lord is not leading us to do something as a Church, it doesn’t matter if 100 other churches are doing it, or if it’s all over social media, we will not do it unless the Lord is leading us to do so.

Through Divine mission Ministries generosity, On Eagles Wings Inc has impacted the lives of so many poor families living in Africa and the Philippines. We provide lunch daily for many kids and the elderly, most of whom are not able to afford even a single meal a day. We are able to provide basic needs for poor kids battling cancer and put some smiles on their faces by granting them wishes like celebrating their birthdays and buying gifts that mean a lot to them . We also provide these kids with shoes and clothes because most of them walk barefoot and barely have a change of clothes. We are able to provide food, clothing, mattresses, and blankets to many elderly who have been neglected and left to die alone due to poverty. This gives them hope that old age is a blessing from the almighty God and not a curse.
